her BROKER'S LICENSE. Linda became a licensed realtor in California in
1988, but has made a home for herself and her family in Paris, Texas since
1992. Together with her husband John, a home inspector, and a large
extended family including three grandchildren, they enjoy the richness of
life offered in Paris, Texas. Linda Bell is proud to be among the Million
Dollar Producers in the Real Estate industry, and enjoys her role as the
Director of the Paris Board of Realtors. Through consistent participation
and recognition in associations and organizations such as MLS, the Paris
Board of Realtors and the Chamber of Commerce, Linda Bell stays abreast of
the latest trends in real estate, marketing, and financing. Linda Bell specializes in working with first time home buyers utilizing unique and creative financing through a variety of lenders to assist her clients in locating adequate funding. A key factor in easing the anxieties of home buyers and sellers is communication. By keeping her clients informed of the procedures and protocol, Linda believes that an agent can greatly reduce the stresses associated with the buying and selling process.
